A RE/MAX REALTOR®
A native of Birmingham, I truly enjoy serving as a real estate professional in this city that I love and know well. Since 2006 I have comfortably served both sellers and buyers, worked to represent buyers with for-sale-by-owner sellers, and have sold nearly 20% of my own listings. I was nominated for Rookie of the Year my first year in real estate and have been included in one or several of the following honorary societies every year I've been in the business:
Birmingham's Club Of Excellence,
ReMax's Executive Club,
ReMax's 100% Club,
ReMax's Hall of Fame, and
ReMax's Top 100 Agents in the Dixie Region.
I work 100% by referral; so, all of that business stems from the greatly appreciated word-of-mouth efforts of clients who've been satisfied with my services through the years. I hope to serve you in a way that will make you want to refer me to others as well.
As a REALTOR® I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
About me, personally...
The first thing that I would want you to know about me is that I am a Christian. I desire to be a man of integrity and to honor God. My heartfelt hope is that you will see that in the way I deal with you as a client -truly making every effort to put your interest above my own and serve you through the process of buying or selling a home. I will be honest with you, even when it's a tough message to deliver.
Secondly, I would want you to know that I have been married to my beautiful wife Ashley since June of 2000, and we have two amazing little girls, Audrey and Tessa. We are members of Shades Mountain Independent Church in the Bluff Park area where we sing in the worship ministry, and I serve as a deacon. If you are new to town - whether you use me as your realtor or not - we would love to have you visit SMI. It's truly a great church.
Ash and I live in Vestavia near the high school, and our girls are students in the Vestavia system. We are both Samford University grads. I was part of the last graduating class of W.A. Berry High School before it became Hoover High School. Ashley went through the Homewood school system. We grew up going to Dawson Memorial in Homewood. Bottom line...I can comfortably talk with you and answer questions about the "Over the Mountain" suburbs, way of life, schools, churches, etc. Feel free to ask.
And through the years of 100s of contracts and closed transactions, I've worked from Alabaster to McCalla, Morris, Fultondale, Chelsea, Leeds and Trussville as well. I've also assisted clients with land and commercial property interests. So, please feel free to come to me with any real estate needs you, your family or even your company may have.
It will be my pleasure to serve you in the real estate process, and I hope to go further and establish a friendship for years to come.
